Marin Johannah moved back to San Diego from L.A. back in 2014 so her family could enjoy a slower pace and a similar lifestyle that she enjoyed growing up. During her free time Marin is obsessed with the desert, collects vintage clothes and as a former DJ she's still a huge lover of music. Check out her Spotify Playlist One Painted Pony Radio!

 

After a few years solidifying her clientele she decided to open her adorable, private studio One Painted Pony so she could truly focus on her specialties. Brunettes and/or Wavy/Curly hair. She chose to make it her priority to stand out in the sea of S.D. Blondes and be the place for Brunettes and others that perhaps hadn't found their forever salon home.

 

Diversity and general inclusion were always  part of Marin's heart space long before it was social media trendy. It's who she is. Ethical, loving and trained in different textures.

Marin's next chapter is focused on spirituality and is studying natural healing remedies. Stay tuned. It will be an amazing addition to great hair!
