If you're wanting a big change or are unsure about what you need/want please email me for a prior consultation as my timing may be limited. All new clients will need to consult with me prior to booking.

 

We also understand that circumstances arise with childcare, but  I am currently not allowing guest or children at this time. The exception is when a disabled client is receiving a service or something pre-arranged. In that case the guardian is allowed with prior notice.

If you are feeling sick please do not hesitate to cancel right away but you may get a re-booking fee if it happens frequently.

 

Please note; Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service. 25% when less than 24 hours. 100% for no shows. If you arrive more then 20 minutes after your scheduled appointment you will need to reschedule and will be charged a 100% of the service fee.
